  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., receipt, invoice).

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documents.

1.4 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over KES 5,000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

2.2 Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
